After setting up a Kunjani game, configure how participants will compete and choose the right links for facilitators, displays, and players.
Configure teams
Open the game and select Leaderboard. New games start with two teams.
- Select Add team to create another team.
- Hover over a team and select the pencil icon to rename it.
- Press Enter after typing the new name. Clicking away does not save the change.
- Select the bin icon to remove a team.
- Remove every team if participants should compete individually.
When teams are enabled, each participant keeps an individual score. The team score is the average of its members' scores.
Open the sharing menu
Select Share Links in the top navigation. The menu separates links for watching the game from links for joining it.
Share a screen or dashboard
Use the options under Watch the Game:
- Copy live screen link opens the facilitator's projected game screen. Send it to the computer connected to the display. The person opening it does not need a Kunjani account.
- Copy leaderboard dashboard link opens a real-time leaderboard that participants can use to compare their progress with the group.
- Copy game all dashboard link opens a more detailed performance dashboard. It is protected by a PIN because it can contain confidential performance information.
Share a player join option
Use the options under Join the Game:
- Copy WhatsApp join link is the preferred option for WhatsApp players. Kunjani can identify a returning participant and track progress across games.
- Copy web join link is a fallback for someone without WhatsApp. Web players join as guests, so repeat visits may not be linked to the same participant record.
- Download WhatsApp QR code saves an image for presentation slides, posters, signs, or printed materials. Players can scan it and complete registration questions before the game starts.
