Example workflows & prompts

See how to work with Agent Kunjani using practical prompts, including creating a new deck from an existing resource.

Agent Kunjani works through conversation. Share the learning goal and source material, review the proposed plan and outcomes, then choose whether to draft in Autopilot or Human in the loop mode.

Follow the Agent Kunjani workflow from goals and resources through planning, outcomes, drafting, validation, and publishing.

New deck from an existing resource

Use this workflow when you have a PDF, presentation, policy, transcript, or other source material that should become a Kunjani Deck.

Prepare the brief

Include:

  • The source material
  • Who the learners are
  • The observable behaviour or knowledge that should change
  • The available learning time
  • Whether the Deck will be live or self-paced
  • Whether you want Autopilot or Human in the loop

Start with a complete prompt

Create a new Kunjani Deck from the attached customer complaints policy.

Audience: new retail employees
Goal: handle customer complaints without unnecessary escalation
Duration: 20 minutes
Delivery: self-paced
Working mode: Human in the loop

Start by proposing the plan and learning outcomes. Do not publish anything yet.

Follow the conversation

Review a simulated Agent Kunjani chat that turns an existing resource into approved outcomes and Activity options.

Agent Kunjani should:

  1. Confirm the audience, goal, constraints, and source material.
  2. Propose a short Deck plan.
  3. Propose three to six observable learning outcomes.
  4. Ask you to approve or adjust the plan and outcomes.
  5. Draft Activities using the working mode you selected.
  6. Validate the complete Deck before requesting permission to publish.

Choose a working mode

ModeBest whenHow it works
Human in the loopThe content is high-stakes, nuanced, or still evolving.Agent Kunjani works one outcome at a time, proposes Activity options, and waits for your direction before drafting further.
AutopilotYou have a clear brief and want a complete first draft quickly.Agent Kunjani drafts the full Deck, then presents a concise review summary before validation or publishing.

Ask for Human in the loop

Work one learning outcome at a time. Propose two Activity options with recommended Suits, then wait for my choice.

Ask for Autopilot

Use Autopilot to draft the complete Deck. Validate it, then show me a review summary. Do not publish until I approve.

Review before publishing

Show me the Deck name, visibility, learning outcomes, Activity count, play order, and any validation warnings. Do not publish yet.

When the Deck is correct, explicitly tell Agent Kunjani to publish it. Publishing creates or changes live Kunjani content and always requires confirmation.
