Create a tournament from a series

Create one Game per Deck in a Series and group them into a scheduled Tournament in one step.

A Series groups related Decks. A Tournament groups the Games created from those Decks and gives you one dashboard for tracking participation and performance across the full programme.

The New tournament Series shortcut is the fastest way to launch a multi-Deck programme. Kunjani creates one Game per Deck in Series order and links every Game to the new Tournament when you save.

Find and review the Series

Open Deck Library and find the Series on Home or under Series in the Private, Featured, Public, or All decks sections.

Select New tournament on the Series row.

Before opening the form, select the Series row to expand it when you need to confirm which Decks it contains.

If a Deck is missing or the order is wrong, edit the Series before creating the Tournament.

Configure the Tournament and its Games

The form is prefilled with the Series name and all of its Decks.

  1. Edit the Tournament name if needed.
  2. Confirm the selected Series and Deck order.
  3. Set First game starts and the interval in weeks.
  4. Select Fill schedule to apply the interval to every Game.
  5. Choose a play style for all Games, then override individual Games where needed.
  6. Edit any individual Game start date, or leave it blank to create that Game without a schedule.

Selecting clear removes the generated dates. It does not remove the Decks from the Tournament setup.

Set invitations and dashboard access

Review the options below the generated Games:

  • Invite earlier attendees as each game starts invites and notifies attendees from earlier Tournament Games on WhatsApp at each scheduled start.
  • Games lets you add other existing Games to the Tournament.
  • Users gives selected colleagues access to the Tournament dashboard without a PIN and permission to edit its Game list. Your own user is added automatically.

Save the Tournament

Review the Series, Game order, play styles, schedules, invitations, and users. Select Save only when the setup is correct.

Saving creates one Game per Deck and the Tournament that groups them. You can then use the shared Tournament dashboard to track participation and performance across the full Series while retaining each Game's individual leaderboard, assessments, and reports.
